The Thai Constitutional Court on Tuesday sentenced morning Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej for violating Article 167 of the Constitution which forbids to combine the office of Prime Minister and with another function, namely in this case that of television host, and also outlaws to receive remuneration from a private enterprise.
